Koherens, Inc. is a United States company providing AI automation consulting services. You can reach us at contact@koherens.ai with any question about this policy or the information we hold.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit the consultation form on this site, that is your name, work email address, company name, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.
This site does not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether we can help, and, if you engage us, to deliver and administer our services. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit request.
Service providers
This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and stores them so they can be delivered to us by email. Our email is handled by our email provider. These providers process your information only to supply their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, plus any period required for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@koherens.ai and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation; we honor these requests regardless of whether a specific law compels us to.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiry data to those who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
